For warranty repairs, send the piece by post or via concierge. For repairs after the ten-year mark, we will quote you at-cost — typically between ₹500 and ₹4,000 depending on the work — and turn it around in two to three weeks.
If you prefer to bring the piece in, any of our boutiques in Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore can intake repairs.
Begin a repairThis warranty is offered by Völtz Maison Pvt. Ltd. ("the Maison") to the original purchaser of any Völtz product, and is valid for ten years from the date of purchase, evidenced by an original receipt or order number.
The warranty is non-transferable but applies regardless of where in India the piece was purchased. International customers may post pieces to our Sonipat atelier; we will return-ship at our cost within India and at-cost internationally.

This warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have under Indian consumer law, which apply in addition to it.
