Submit the form below with order number and a few photographs. Our atelier responds within 48 hours with an assessment.

We collect, you don't pay
If the repair is within warranty, we arrange a courier pickup at no charge. Otherwise we share a quote — typically ₹500 to ₹4,000 — for your approval.

By hand, at Sonipat
The piece is repaired, conditioned, and inspected. We return it to you in 2 to 3 weeks, in a fresh dust-bag, often looking better than the day you bought it.
