The Völtz concierge is one person — a member of our atelier team, briefed on every piece, available by appointment to:
- Curate a travel set or trousseau, including pieces not on the website
- Source archive or limited-edition pieces
- Arrange personalisation, monogramming, or bespoke colour requests
- Coordinate corporate gifting at scale
- Handle international logistics, including DHL Express clearance
- Schedule a private viewing in any boutique, after hours if needed
The concierge is complimentary. We respond within one business day, every day except Diwali and Christmas.
