Orders

How long does delivery take?

Complimentary pan-India delivery in 3 to 5 business days from the day your order is placed. Boutique pieces ordered before 14.00 IST ship the same day.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Sign in to your Völtz account and your in-transit pieces will be visible under Orders. You will also receive an email and a WhatsApp note when the piece is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available at-cost via DHL Express. Duties and taxes at destination are payable by the recipient. Email concierge@voltz.in for a quote.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes, on orders up to ₹25,000. For orders above ₹25,000 we accept UPI, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and net banking. EMI is available on cards.

Personalisation

Can I personalise my piece?

Yes. Most leather pieces and luggage tags can be personalised with up to three initials, in foil-stamp gold or blind-emboss. Personalisation is complimentary on orders above ₹50,000 and ₹500 otherwise.

How long does personalisation take?

It adds 3 to 5 business days to your order. Pieces are foil-stamped and finished by hand at the Sonipat atelier.

Can personalised pieces be returned?

Personalised pieces cannot be returned, but they are covered by the 10-Year Heritage Warranty in full.

Warranty & Repair

What does the 10-Year Heritage Warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship — wheels, handles, locks, hardware, stitching, anodising, lining seams. It does NOT cover cosmetic patina, airline damage, or modifications by third parties. See /warranty for full terms.

How do I claim a repair?

Send the piece via post to the Sonipat atelier, or bring it to any boutique. Within ten years, repairs are complimentary. After that, repairs are at-cost — typically ₹500–₹4,000 — with a 2 to 3 week turnaround.

Are spare parts available?

Yes. Wheels, handles, locks, and hardware are user-replaceable for most pieces. Visit any boutique or write to repair@voltz.in.

Returns

What is your return policy?

14-day no-questions returns on most pieces. The piece must be in original condition with packaging. Personalised pieces, monogrammed pieces, and intimate accessories are not eligible.

How do I return a piece?

Sign in to your account and request a return. We will arrange a courier pickup within 48 hours, at no charge. Once the piece reaches Sonipat we will refund you in 5 to 7 business days.

Can I exchange instead of return?

Yes. Exchanges are processed in 7 to 10 business days. We pay the courier both ways.

Care

How do I care for leather?

Treat with a neutral leather conditioner every six months. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which accelerates patina. Spot-clean spills with a soft, dry cloth. Store stuffed with tissue between trips.

How do I care for the aluminum shells?

Wipe with a dry microfibre after each journey. Treat the leather grips twice yearly with neutral wax. The anodised finish is hard-wearing but will mark with prolonged contact with chrome or silver — we recommend the cotton dust-bag in storage.

Will my leather darken?

Yes — and that is the point. Our leathers are vegetable-tanned and lightly oiled, never sealed. They will mark, scuff, and darken in the first year. After ten years they should look better than the day you carried them home.
