Shipping
3 to 5 business days, courier-tracked. Boutique pieces ordered before 14.00 IST ship the same day from Sonipat.
5 to 8 business days. Duties and taxes at destination are payable by the recipient. For a quote, write to concierge@voltz.in.
Available pan-India for orders up to ₹25,000. For orders above this, we accept UPI, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, net banking, and EMI on cards.
Same-day delivery on orders placed before 14.00 IST, subject to stock at the local boutique. ₹500.
Returns
14 days. No questions. No charge.
You may return any unworn, unused piece in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a courier pickup within 48 hours of your request, at no charge to you.
How it works
- Sign in to your account and request a return.
- We schedule a courier pickup within 48 hours.
- The piece is inspected by hand at Sonipat.
- Your refund is issued in 5 to 7 business days, to the original payment method.
What cannot be returned
- Personalised, monogrammed, or engraved pieces
- Intimate accessories (privacy wallets, money clips with engraving)
- Pieces with visible signs of use, modification, or damage
- Pieces returned without original packaging or branded dust-bag
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed in 7 to 10 business days. We cover the courier both ways.
Damaged on arrival?
If a piece arrives damaged, write to concierge@voltz.in within 48 hours with photographs. We will replace the piece on priority and reimburse any return shipping at-cost.
Repair & Lifetime Service
Returns are for the first 14 days. After that, the 10-Year Heritage Warranty covers manufacturing defects, and we repair pieces at-cost for life. Begin a repair →
