1. Who we are
"Völtz", "the Maison", "we", or "us" refers to Völtz Maison Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company registered in India. Our atelier address is at the Sonipat Industrial Estate; our concierge is at concierge@voltz.in.
2. Use of this website
You may browse this website freely. You may quote and link to it for personal, editorial, or commercial commentary. You may not scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of our text or imagery without written permission. Logos, the Völtz wordmark, the V monogram, and product designs are trademarks of Völtz Maison Pvt. Ltd.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the full amount within five business days. Errors in pricing or availability — rare, but possible — will be communicated transparently before any charge.
4. Payment
We accept UPI, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, net banking, and EMI on cards. Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹25,000. All card transactions are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner; we never store full card numbers.
5. Shipping
Within India, shipping is complimentary. Pieces are dispatched within 1 business day and delivered within 3 to 5 business days. International shipping is at-cost via DHL Express; duties and taxes at destination are payable by the recipient.
6. Returns
Most pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition with packaging. Personalised, monogrammed, or engraved pieces are not eligible for return but are covered by the 10-Year Heritage Warranty. Full details at /shipping-and-returns.
7. The Heritage Warranty
Every Völtz piece is covered for ten years against manufacturing defects. After the warranty period, we repair pieces at-cost. Full terms at /warranty.
8. Intellectual property
The Völtz wordmark, the V monogram, all product designs, and all editorial photography are the intellectual property of Völtz Maison Pvt. Ltd. Stock photography on this site is licensed from Unsplash; photographer attributions are at /credits.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any single piece is capped at the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
11. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email to active account holders. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
